Adrienne Andrews is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance and part of the Hotels Institutional Group. She is focused on the placement of debt and equity for hospitality properties throughout the U.S. and located in the Phoenix, AZ office. She has financed over $1 Billion in hospitality assets in the last seven years.
Adrienne joined CBRE from Berkadia where she most recently served as Managing Director for their Hotels & Hospitality group. In this role, she was responsible for providing financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners including Local and Regional Owner Operators, Private Equity funds, and REITs, throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Adrienne was Managing Director at GE Franchise Finance Hotel Lending Group where she originated senior debt on individual assets and portfolios of nationally franchised select service and extended stay hotels which included Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotel Group, Marriott, and Starwood. Loan sizes ranged from $5MM to $160MM. Additional experience includes wholesale finance underwriting and various roles from sales & marketing to land acquisition for a regional homebuilder.
She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and human resources from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. Adrienne spent her junior year studying abroad in Florence, Italy.
Adrienne supports several charities through volunteerism and donations including United Way, Hope Kids AZ, and Feed My Starving Children.
