Prime hospitality business opportunity in WA growth hub

Perth, 10 August 2015 – CBRE Hotels has been appointed to lease the future Lakelands Tavern located near Mandurah in Perth’s bourgeoning southern region.

Situated approximately 65 kilometres south of Perth, the Lakelands Tavern will be a purpose built tavern located within the newly developed Lakelands Town Centre.

Due for completion in 2017, the tavern will be located adjacent to the proposed town square, positioned in the heart of the centre’s restaurant/café precinct.

The tavern, which will comprise 1,650sqm including a drive through bottle shop and alfresco area, is being offered on a 20-year lease.

CBRE Hotels’ Ryan McGinnity said the tavern benefitted from a high profile position in one of Perth’s rapidly growing areas.

“This tavern represents an outstanding opportunity to gain a strategic footprint in one of the state’s fastest growing residential localities,” Mr McGinnity said.

“This new centre will capitalise on the projected growth of the Lakeland area, which is earmarked to have a population of more than 45,000 by 2021. Additionally, with limited competition nearby, the Lakelands Tavern will be ideally positioned to take advantage of the growing residential population.”

The property is being offered for lease via Expression of Interest closing Thursday September 10th.
