New recruit for CBRE’s Victorian Hotels team

Melbourne, 14 May 2014 - CBRE Hotels in Melbourne has recruited a new negotiator to join the team.

Joseph Du Rieu joins CBRE after a successful two and a half years at Knight Frank in their hotels valuation team in Adelaide. He is also currently completing a Bachelor of Business Property at the University of South Australia.

Joseph will operate in the Hotels and Hospitality team, concentrating on the pubs and hospitality market.

He will be working closely with Scott Callow, Senior Director of CBRE Hotels, to facilitate freehold sales, business sales and leasing hospitality and leisure assets.

“I am excited to welcome Joseph to the Victorian Hotels team, his past experience combined with drive and enthusiasm will make him a great addition,” said Mr Callow.

Joseph has a strong understanding of the pubs and accommodation markets after previously working as an assistant valuer in Adelaide and managing a number of licensed venues.
