CBRE Hotels Sells Maui Beach Hotel & Elleair Maui Golf Club

Honolulu, Hawaii – July 17, 2014 – CBRE Hotels is pleased to announce the sale of the 147-room (with fully entitled 136-room expansion) Maui Beach Hotel and the 18 hole Elleair Maui Golf Club. Elleair Hawaii, Inc., (a subsidiary of Daio Paper Corporation) sold the properties to Savio Growth Venture, LLC.

CBRE Hotels’ Scott Gomes in conjunction with Yasuyuki “Yas” Kojima represented the seller in this transaction.
