CBRE Hotels Sells Crowne Plaza North Charleston, SC

Charlotte, North Carolina – June 11, 2014 – CBRE Hotels is pleased to announce the sale of the 166-room Crowne Plaza in North Charleston, South Carolina on behalf of Inland American Lodging Management, LLC (Inland). CBRE Hotels has represented Inland on ten hotel dispositions in the Carolinas since 2010.

Originally built in 1989, the hotel operated as Quality Suites prior to undergoing a renovation and being converted to a Crowne Plaza. The hotel sold to Peachtree Hotel Group, an Atlanta-based hospitality investment and management company.
