CBRE appoints Bruno Juin as Head of Hotels in France, Belgium and Luxembourg

​London, 7 December 2018 – CBRE Hotels has appointed Bruno Juin as Head of its Hotels team in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Bruno is joining CBRE from BNP Paribas where he was Managing Director for the Hotels team. Prior to that, Bruno held positions at Accor Hotels and TRI Hospitality Consulting.

Bruno has 27 years of experience in the hospitality & hotels market and he has closed numerous single hotel asset and portfolio transactions in the EMEA region and has overseen valuations representing up to €7 billion on an annual basis. In his new role, Bruno will be responsible for leading the team and growing the hotels’ business in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

In addition to Bruno’s appointment, CBRE Hotels’ team has seen several strategic hires to bolster the 130 strong hotels team across EMEA. These include the appointments of Colin Low who has joined the team as Head of Hotel Investment properties for EMEA and Kathrin Jung who has joined the Investment Properties team, based in Germany, as a Director.
