CBRE advises on lease of Montanushof Grevenbroich

Grevenbroich / Cologne, 04 January 2017 – Plaza Hotelgroup will become the new tenant of the Montanushof Grevenbroich based on advisory by the real estate services company CBRE. The hotel, which was built in 1994, offers 114 rooms, two meeting rooms for a maximum of 180 persons, a breakfast room for 120 persons as well as 50 parking spaces. The building also covers retail and office areas.

The expansive Plaza Hotelgroup currently operates 27 hotels in the 3- to 4-star segments with a total of more than 4,000 rooms in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. Further projects in Amsterdam, Linz and Dusseldorf are in the planning phase. Managing Director Yonca Yalaz is looking forward to operate the hotel under an international brand. Necessary renovation works will be carried out during operation
