CBRE Hotels Arranges Sale of 122-Room Hilton Garden Inn in Orlando

Orlando, Fl. – January 2, 2017 – CBRE Hotels arranged the sale of Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East/UCF Area. The property, located at 1959 North Alafaya Trail, Orlando, was purchased by Nimbus Investment Fund, LP. CBRE Hotels’ team, composed of Paul Weimer, Christian Charre and Jennifer Jin, represented the seller, Crescent Alafaya Trail, LLC, in the transaction.

Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East/UCF Area is strategically located just 1.5 miles from the University of Central Florida and 25 minutes away from Orlando International Airport. The property is in great physical condition, having completed an extensive $2 million renovation in 2014.
