CBRE Arranges the Sale of 1095 Market Street in San Francisco

San Francisco, California – May 6, 2014 – CBRE is pleased to announce the sale of the Grant Building located at 1095 Market Street in downtown San Francisco. The property was sold for an undisclosed price in a transaction that closed last month.

1095 Market Street is an existing former office/retail building (currently vacant/unoccupied) with a prominent corner location in the heart of the city’s burgeoning Mid-Market ("MidMa") neighborhood, which has experienced unprecedented growth due to the influx of technology companies to the area such as Twitter, Yammer, Zendesk, Zoosk, Dolby, Square, Uber and Spotify. This influx has been followed by a surge of residential, office and retail development/redevelopment throughout MidMa.

CBRE Hotels’ San Francisco team, Henry Bose and Mark McDermott, and CBRE's Investment Properties team, Dave Noravian and Don LeBuhn, arranged the sale of the asset on behalf of the seller.
